"The place is very clean, quiet, and safe. 24/7 security."

"Helpful staff, easy parking, great security, clean room with great ammenities. Restaurant is excellent!"

"Great little apartment near a lot in San Jose. Lots to do near by and even in the building."

"The place is more suited for young people and singles. There is no soda within reasonable walking distance, and the parking space is small and restrictive. Only one key was provided, which had to be used to activate the elevator. The view from the top floor was great. Too bad no food was allowed."

"the towels and sheets were left in the drier and were not folded. The listing said there were two beds, but the sofa bed as unusable due to the fact that the mattress was unhygienic and there was no mattress cover. Furthermore, there was an inflatable mattress in the closet, but it deflated within two hours and my son had to sleep the rest of the night on a very small uncomfortable sofa."

"Great location with great views. Very clean. Well stocked with stainless steel appliances. Would stay again."

"Properties should absolutely be required to note any negatives that the property may have. This property advertises as being in the center of San Jose, which is very convenient however it does not mention at all that across the street from the property or two bars, which were very, very noisy up until the early hours of the morning also the rooms are on the second floor and there is no mention of any handicap limitations•"
