"First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location.
