This newly renovated and furnished four bedroom/two bathroom farmhouse sits atop five acres. At the end of a peaceful day, you can relax by the pool and savor the sunset with your favorite wine or beer.

The main house accommodates 8 guests total (include any children or toddlers in your guests count), with 4 bedrooms: 2 rooms with queen bed in each and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds in each. So main house has 6 beds with 2 bathrooms. The casita has 1 queen bed with 1 bathroom, and is available for an additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU BOOK FOR 8 GUESTS (TOTAL GUESTS COUNT MUST INCLUDE CHILDREN AND INFANTS, NOT JUST ADULTS), YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. If you book for more than 8 guests, the booking fees will include the casita.

The exposed-beam great room boasts panoramic views through large picture windows. The open concept dining room and kitchen are light, airy and open patios take you outdoors to the pool area. Various seating areas underneath oak trees overlook the heated swimming pool. Vina Vista invites indoor and outdoor living throughout the year. Parking is plentiful, and the entire property is fenced with an electric gate.

The living and entertainment space
Enjoy digital amenities including fast Starlink™ internet service and cell phone service. An 85-inch smart TV in the great room and two other 65-inch smart TVs allow guests to stream shows from their digital devices. The property has central cooling and heating. Outfitted with comfortable furniture, new appliances, pots and pans, and tableware, the kitchen and dining room are designed for creating special meals and memories.

Bedroom 1 includes a firm-support queen bed, 65-inch smart TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 includes another firm-support queen bed and open closet.

Bedroom 3 includes two firm-support twin beds and open closet.

Bedroom 4 includes two firm-support twin beds and open closet.

The second bathroom includes a bathtub/shower.

The Casita is an ensuite with a soft-support queen bed, a 65-inch smart TV, a bathtub/shower, and a small refrigerator.

A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board.

The 30 foot swimming pool is heated year round to upper 80s, offers incredible views, and the five-acre property invites guests to enjoy Central Coast serenity. You can float in the pool, sit by the fireplace, or just take in the westward views and calming breezes. Keep an eye out for deer, quail, rabbits, and woodpeckers.
