"We liked our stay here, but our two bedroom room was very pokey. We constantly felt like we were moving around furniture. There was less than 2m between the TV cabinet and couch and that 2m was filled with a coffee table and arm chair! If you were staying here for work, it would feel like you were on top of each other. As a family, we felt the same. "

"Room was clean however the pillows and bed need replacing. The A/C is too loud and needs updating. I have stay here before and had previous trouble with A/C in rooms. "

"The rooms are perfect if you need somewhere to stay in the city. After spending a day out it is large enough the come back and wind down "

"We stayed for three nights. The unit was clean and spacious. The oven, micro wave, washing machine and dryer are all modern and work well. The unit is close to both Westmead hospital which is why we choose it. We would happily stay there again."

"We had one night stay at Mantra and it was quite good for what we wanted. Good location, good service. The Hotel is a bit tired. "

"Wish there was room for nightstand on both sides of bed. Queen size bed instead of king would have made this possible."

"Breakfast was good, best to get in early though as by 8am a lot of food was gone and waiter staff took awhile to replace it. Bed was super comfortable and room very nice and dark."

"Lift broke down. Rooms/furniture all chipped and quite aged. Carpets not vaccummed properly."

"Don’t arrive after 10pm, we had arranged 11pm check in but when we arrived they made us wait in the car for 30 minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The pool was filthy so couldn’t swim. The apartment had no windows but it had a skylight in the bedroom so we were woken up early every morning (terrible design). Good location, big apartment, expensive parking."

"Air conditioning is great but on the toilet there is no Tap where there is but theres no handle to open tap."

"Both quick check out and Receptionist at the Front desk available in the early morning, not making it rather inconvenient. Not digital security “key” to the guest room, low quality physical lock was used, so someone could have made a copy of the key to enter the guest room. Kitchen utensils are limited, table and chairs are not in good quality. Faucet of the bathtub was leaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t use A/C, but noticed that A/C tubing was poorly installed."
