Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is the perfect place to start your Vancouver Island experience. Located just 37 km north of Nanaimo, this Vancouver Island Resort is situated in a spectacular natural setting, surrounded by park-like scenery and just a short stroll to the ocean down a beautiful beach path.

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath town home is entirely yours. You will only be sharing with the guests in your party. This suite is perfect for one or two couples or a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen including laundry! The living room boasts a natural gas fireplace and a dedicated work space. The stylish sofa pulls out into a bed for the extra guests. All linens and towels are provided.

Guests will have access to the pool, hot tub and exercise facility as well as the gorgeous outdoor wood fireplace!

Parksville, BC is a very friendly small town and has everything you would possibly need. If you like the outdoors, we have beaches, hiking & biking trails, picnic areas, parks, golf courses and mini golf courses. There is the Tigh Na Mara Grotto Spa that is a five minute walk away. The Black Goose Pub is a 15 minute walk away if you're in the mood for pub food and drinks. You are just a 5 minute drive to downtown Parksville where you will find Thrifty's Foods, Quality Foods, Eat Fresh, Starbucks, Tim Horton's, Serious Coffee to name a few.
There's also Old Country Market (Goats on the roof) in Coombs that is a must to visit!

Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is expanding! The Resort is undergoing construction to develop the new Residences at Sunrise Ridge duplex and townhome units. These will be located between the main lodge and the waterfront villas.Please be assured that our staff and contractors will continue to work very hard to create minimum disruption to our valued guests.

Beautiful accommodations, lots of thought in the details to make it lovely. Pool and hot tub a wonderful experience. Loved walking on the beach in the evening.

I highly recommend this place to stay. I’m a super fussy renter and the place was extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The host was great at communicating, check in was easy and it was a lovely place to stay. Short walk to the beach.

Our 6-night stay at this property was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids under 6). The townhouse was modern, well maintained, clean and appropriately stocked. It's a short walk down to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool/hot tub. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with great condition appliances, plate ware and cutlery, and the kid-friendly welcome snacks were also appreciated. If we come back to Parksville, we would definitely consider staying at this property again.

This is my first time staying in Parksville area. Parksville is beautiful and Karen's townhouse is beautiful . Karen is a great hostess. If we come back to this area again, I will rent this place again.

My husband and co- worker stayed here while doing a job in Parksville and said everything was brand new, immaculate with many nice touches such as toiletries, organic sugar cubes, coffee cream etc. It was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots etc There was construction nearby but they were away working during the day so it wasn’t an issue for them. Resort had a very large pool and was close to beaches and a short drive to downtown Parksville. He would recommend this unit to others

Property is brand new and well maintained - very clean, near complex amenities, steps to the beach, well stocked with daily necessities (towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, pots & pans, kitchen items that are normally included, BBQ, TV's in each bedroom and living area). Given prior experiences, it was nice that all towels matched and the kitchen appliances and cookware were of good quality. The size of the unit was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids under 4 years of age. There is construction just beyond the unit, but did not notice it nor did it disturb us during our stay. We had a great time and would recommend the property to others.
