The cottage is well appointed, very clean and neat and is located on a little piece of paradise overlooking them a marsh on the edge of the Bay. "John was an absolute legend of a host. Always available to answer questions or give suggestions! The house is beyond well equipped with anything you could want for your stay, it truly felt like a vacation with the level of amenity and to-do on site. The location of the house is perfect to explore various different areas and attractions along the eastern shore, if you ever want to leave the property that is! We’ll absolutely be renting again!"

"Great place to relax and rest after day of being out around the eastern shore. Felt like home with the quiet rural setting and away from city noise. Loved hearing the toad and barking tree frogs in the babbling brook every night. Highly recommend for those who prefer peace and quiet in rural settings."

"It was very pleasant. The pool was under maintenance and that would have been nice to have but the communication about it and everything else was very prompt and clear. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this charming house, right in the heart of Chincoteague island. It was spotless upon arrival, and we were thrilled to have been able to bring our dogs along. The large fenced-in yard was such a pleasant surprise! Perfect for the dog-loving beach-going family!"

"The condominium was exceptional. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. It is truly an outstanding accommodation."

"Perfect location and very comfortable house. We had three adults and a child with us and all had space so we weren’t crowded but still could gather for meals. The screened porch was lovely. Watching sunrises from the pier in the morning was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swim by."

"My family loved the house it had everything we need plus extra stuff I am not dissatisfied price was right and my entire family felt at home. The outside shower was amazing maybe it just needs to be clean just bit of stains of mud spider webs but other than that nothing but good things about this place may God bless the owners "
