"We had 8 guys spend 3 nights at this property. Cabin is wonderful and has a beautiful large open concept living room and kitchen. The presentation of everything is stunning with great natural light and accent lighting throughout. The couches were comfy, or comfy for 20 something year olds to crash on. There were also reclining options that were appreciated. Perfect house for a group of couples to rent out, maybe a large group of friends if you do not mind cuddling. We were able to see the lake...

The property was centered on Hansen Lake with beautiful views and a peaceful setting.My kids loved the playing games at night by the fireplace and playing outside during the day. "We found our stay at Wisconsin Hideaway to be exactly what we needed. The house is clean with a mostly secluded backyard. We had one hiccup at check-in mostly due to my error. Both the owner and host were kind and prompt in response to questions or concerns. If you don't need/want to be on a lake, this is a great location!"

The cabin provided us a perfect location where we had lots of privacy and a beautiful setting to hang out and enjoy being a family. "Still like brand new! Not having cell service I couldn't ask questions if there was wifi availability. It would be nice to have something there for reference, we did figure everything else out. Beds not the most comfortable. The address listed did not get us there using Google map, I searched Gooch's bar and found the property. Bar is very good! Really liked the quietness around us!"

"GPS directed us to the property. Convenient parking. Cabin is old, as described. Everything clean and in working condition. Way more space than we needed. We had the windows open for lake breezes during the day and kicked on the heat to take the chill out of the cabin in the morning. Kitchen was stocked for preparing meals. Groundskeepers are friendly and attentive. Waking to loon calls beats city noises! We will check here for availability in the future. "

"My fiance and I have been making visits to White Sand Lake for several years and this has to be the best property we have found yet. The hosts were very commutative and easy to reach, and were very accommodating. We had a lovely stay and will definitely try booking this property again!"

"Very clean, very cozy, very new cabin right on the lake with it's own dock! Unfortunately, while we were there, there was a very significant algae bloom on the lake (looked exactly like pea soup), and we were told not to swim in it. HUGE disappointment as that's specifically why we spent the extra $ to rent on the lake! Not the owner's fault, but just make sure you call ahead to see about the water quality before you make a commitment! It's a lot of $ to spend to not be able to use the lake....

"We came up for the Fall Color Run. The location was great! The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck over looking the lake. We seen a lot of eagles and listened to the loons. I would definitely recommend this place. "
