"Nice rehabed home in a neighborhood undergoing a Renaissance. We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting several Bourbon Trail stops on the Lexington side."

"We stayed here for a graduation at UK and had a wonderful time. Perfect location, walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars, and campus. Beautiful house, perfect for our group of 4 adults. "

"Getting in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for two people. We loved the location (picked it due to that) and walkabikity of the neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry appliances were a nice bonus. Had a small issue with a/c but host was responsive and helpful. Will stay here again! "

"What an amazing property! It is an ideal set up for 2 couples. We went by ourselves this trip and had all the amenities you could possibly want. Midway downtown is so close we visited many of the shops and restaurants! Love this little town so friendly! And the interstate is close to get on and venture to Bourbon Tours, little surrounding towns and so many fun horse attractions. Thank you for opening your home to us! We can’t wait to return!!!"

"Close to everything bur tucked away for a peaceful nights rest. We were there to attend a robotics tournament at the Horse Park and rhe location made it super easy to get back and forth without a bunch of traffic. Sourhland Bagels had geeat coffee and even better bagels. Would like to cme back when there is more time to explore. "

"Looks are deceiving and the pictures do not do this location justice! This cabin is absolutely amazing! We spent the first two hours marveling at all the intricacies inside! There are many old books to look at and glance at. The showers in the room made it easy around bedtime while we were tending to 3 children on our trip. A playpen was provided for us and was set up when we arrived. I ran into a neighbor as well who was very friendly. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back to...

"We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!"
