"This is a great place, close to center with easy access to Seward, Kenai or up to Fairbanks. Tony is a responsive host with a lot of info about area. Their are plenty of restaurants nearby and a great walking path across the street. 10/10"

"The house was perfect space for 4 family members. It was very convenient to hiking at Mt. Magazine SP & close to restaurants and grocery stores.We had one small issue that the owners took care of immediately. We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"Great location for exploring Mt Magazine State Park 😀 VERY well-stocked home making it easy to eat in, nice little patio in the big backyard, fun tree swing, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Main Square, groceries, post office, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, small town with a nice variety of restaurants, and their Eiffel Tower was cute!"

"Property was even better than described! It was immaculate and comfortable. The setting was perfect looking down the mountain and seeing Paris. Enjoyed morning coffee in the patio room. The home has been beautifully updated on the inside. We will be back for sure!"

Originally, i anticipated 6+ in our group which is why i ultimately chose your home- you have the space and actual beds to accommodate us. As it turned out, only 3 of us stayed. "Perfect location for fishing and hiking ! Location is not far from Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, and easy drive to Mt. Magazine. Me and my boys enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Tom, our host, was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions. "

"Over all stay was good other then not having power for a short period of time due to adding a new power pole next-door. Home appeared clean other than an open beer can in closet that drew in gnats and a few other minor things within the home that was communicated with the owners like no power on south wall in kitchen. Owners were prompted with communication. "

"There is no better place in Arkansas to log-off and slow down. We do a big shop before heading up the mountain and we don’t come down until it’s time to check out. This is a world class retreat. If you’re a Mountain Biker it’s basically the cycling version of ski-in/ski-out.We’ll be back again next year."
