"Sabina and staff are awesome. The hotel is in a very old, distinguished building. Much of the furniture in the common areas is old. It's worn. It's beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are large and luxurious for an old stately hotel like this. The location is absolutely the best. It's a 2-minute walk to a very charming town. Beautiful old churches and buildings that sit next to some modern buildings and a very nice mall. 5 Stars all the way"

"The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. Later in the evening the Fire Alarm went of apparently...

"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries. I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...

"Only half the hotel being used. Wonder why? It has lovely silent air conditioning a must when it's in the 30s. Very comfortable beds"

"There is a nightclub downstairs. It was very noisy and in an unsavoury part of town. The stairs to the rooms are steep and narrow."

"Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later."

"The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central"
