"Facilities and location are unparalleled. The staff were also professional and friendly, and I had everything I needed for a few nights' stay. However, I feel the cleanliness could have been improved on as I found dust bunnies when I first entered the room. "I loved my stay, and it exceeded my expecations. The place is in a strange little back street which might look unpromising, but it's dead quiet and actually ideally placed just minutes from both the station and the cathedral. The place is very well kept, and simple but stylish. My appartment was like a Travelodge bed room and bathroom, but with a well-equipped kitchen and a living room thrown in too. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful and, overall, it was extremely good value...

"Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow."

"We arrived half hour earlier than expected for check-in but room was already available so after a long drive it was lovely to be able to drop our bags and start our break to Norwich. Wisely refurbished hotel, amazing location, accessible, with car park available (a bit tricky to get it, but at 2nd attempt we found it following the clear instructions sent via email). Lovely cooked breakfast, georgian style room was spaceous and lovely, comfortable soft bed, really quiet road, beautiful cocktails....

"Found this to be an excellent choice of hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Loved having pillow choices. Pool/sauna/steam room a bonus. There was a good range and choice of food and drink options. Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice. Had evening meal in restaurant, excellent. Definitely will stay again."

"We were visiting friends in Cromer Pier Show and I wanted to book a last minute Hotel. The Holiday Inn was the closest (over 20 miles away) and available and the best rate. I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise when the receptionist informed us at check in. We could have used the pool, but didn’t have time in the end. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My son and I will be back next year, unless we camp in Cromer. I can recommend this Holiday...

"This is a very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Big rooms with good equipment and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. It's in the main street of "weekend night life" (if you like to go party, the have discounts for a nightclub), so it may be a bit noisy during weekends... but the rest of the week is very quiet. For a B&B (not hotel) is probably the best I have been."

" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "
