The room was booked for 3 people but there were only 2 mugs with only 1 spoon and 2 glasses to use for drinks. While we did use the microwave to reheat our takeaway food there are no plates or bowls or utensils for use either. There were electric blankets on the beds but they did not work either. The bathroom was freezing all the time due to the...

"We froze all night,the heater didn't work,not enough blankets on the beds,I had to wait about 5 minutes for the hot water to come through,in a freezing bathroom.not worth the money we spent on it.never again."
