"The Kearsage Inn is our favorite place to stay in North Conway. The staff is great. Our room is very large and clean, as is the bathroom. The bed was great. We like the fireplace in the fall. It is quiet, has good parking, and is very close to the unique main street shops and restaurants."

Fine, its summer in New Hampshire during a heatwave so I could brush it off, but not great. We proceeded to find black hairballs on the bathroom floor, making it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was no “real” showerhead. "The room was great, we had 2 twins and a Queen plus a kitchenette. Super convenient. The staff were all very nice. My kids loved the complimentary s’mores kits. The pool was big and clean. Location was easy too, we could walk to lots of restaurants- on a busy road though. Very close to the outlets and super Markets too."

"We stayed 2 nights. It was clean and Tre room very functional. Had a stove top, small fridge/freezer, microwave, the Murphy bed actually was really comfortable. We were fine staying the 2 nights. But found out if you want your room cleaned, you had to actually call the front desk 24 hours in advance. At check in it would be too late to get maid service the next day. The idea of having to do that daily or maybe you could say the rest of your stay not sure. The 2 nights were fine without maid...

"There’s a funky smell, it’s very dated, the AC keeps running even though it’s turned off, it also keeps making loud noises throughout the night, I can barely sleep. Otherwise it was a pretty good stay. I like the location and that it has two bathrooms."
