"The water container in the lobby sat for 2 and half days. It had fruit in it so it was rancid. You say you are dog friendly but charge for dogs and say they must be carried everywhere within the building? The rooms were dirty in the bathrooms and along the entryway walls. The entire stay on 2nd floor smelled so strongly of weed it was ridiculous. I will not be staying here again nor will I put any of my employees in the hotel, nor endorsing it."

"The bldg literally has huge cockroaches crawling all around. The pull was not set up this summer which after being parked for 30min to find other arrangements found out why...apparently the clean their mattresses in it...or let them sit in for high heat to kill bed bug...so gross"

"For the price we paid for 3 rooms for two nights, I really can’t complain! Our rooms were all very clean. No weird musty smells like in some hotels. The noise from the highway bothered me a bit the first night, but that’s really just part of the location. We stayed to be close to hurricane harbor! Breakfast in the mornings was nice too- nothing great, but clean and edible and did the job! I would stay there again for sure. It would be nice if it had a pool, but for this specific trip we didn’t...

"Hotel staff are attentive. The young guy who works the midnight shift was super helpful and nice. The Sunday lady was on her phone and not that attentive. Cleaning people do good at cleaning rooms. The lady who is in charge of breakfast, is too timid does not keep up with restocking food or cleaning mess made by guest or picking up trash from food bar area or floor or emptying trash. Just hire a new person. Please. Everyone goes to breakfast. The waffle is a hit. Everyone wants it. I highly...

"Clean room, breakfast was good. Breakfast area needs a bigger room. To many people in such a small room, but didn't take away from the biscuits and gravy! My Dad said who ever made the gravy did a great job! In the room we stayed in it was clean only complaint was the shower knob and safety drain in tub were both broken and could be removed by just touching it. Fell off several times while showering. (Room 502) Air conditioner works really well and we slept really good the 2 nights we stayed. ...

"The elevators broke and with someone who's knees are bad the fourth floor is a long way up and down. The breakfast was okay. Asked the lady if she was going to put more fresh fruit out and was told no. This was at 9am."
