"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"There was only one girl working in the entire hotel - the pool room was locked and we couldn’t get in for hours - the lights did not work in the pool area - this place is run down - I do not recommend staying here - find a different place !"

"This was our first visit to The Bay Inn. Pleasantly surprised and very happy to have chosen this spot! Nick and his wife are wonderful, and The Bay Inn is a fantastic spot! Imagine a typical resort town motel with an inner courtyard that has up to date rooms and amenities. Modern tile in the bathroom, great water pressure, backlit mirror, large mini fridge, powerful AC, firm comfortable bed, clean fresh linens and towels, and plenty of space for all your bags and stuff. "One handicapped parking space, at one end of the hotel? They're kidding right? If your room was at the other end it's a LONG walk. There's 6 "Diamond" spaces. Go figure. Guess marketing won.
Lobby men's room toilet plugged and overflowing. Peeling paper and dead bugs in the bathroom. Only one chair in a double queen room. Coffee served up grounds. Breakfast marginal.
It's a tired 1980s hotel. Without any dining nearby. Avoid."
