"A neat, reasonably priced property in a great location with direct access to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to communications, the rooms were clean, and our family had a wonderful stay.A few things to note:The master bedroom mattress was very firm and a little hard on mine and my husband's backs, and we had pressure point aches most mornings. Consider bringing a mattress topper if you have back or joint issues.The pots and pans available in the kitchen were either very small or...

"Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit"

"Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay."

"Great location right on the beach - private path to the beach. The outdoor space is amazing - there is a table with a grill right outside the kitchen, a deck with a table, hammock, and seats in the back of the house, and an upstairs deck with a beautiful view of the bay and beach. Very quiet area overlooking a fishing pier with a restaurant. The house is very spacious, with great bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and a huge dining room, and living room. "The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn."

"Property had a fantastic location and plenty of room for everyone. It is right on the beach which was our main attraction to it. Interior, in my opinion, was a bit warned out, pics look very fresh and renovated, but it is just a paint over an old facility for the most part. Still, the stay was enjoyable and well worth the money. "

"Loved it. The house was stocked with toiletries, well cleaned and maintained. Everything worked as it should. Great location. Highly recommend."

"The house was ok. The oven didn't work. I texted the landlord, and she offered me a pizza. (That i would've paid for upfront and they reimburse after our stay was completed. Nice location, but not so good communication. "

"Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last."

"We had a wonderful stay in Norfolk, Virginia, at OV. The room was very clean, exactly as described, and just a very short walk to the beach. We brought our dog, and the area was perfect for walks and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again!"
