"The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

"Very pretty and nostalgic Hotel. Great staff. Oscar at guest services is fantastic! Very polite, funny and welcoming. He told us all the good places to go and dine The hotel lobby, restaurant and sitting areas are beautiful. A very quiet place to just relax. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I will definitely return to the Hacienda Hotel."

"The family LOVED the pool! Very family oriented and just what we were looking for. The food at Lochness pool was exceptional. The best quesadilla and macaroni and cheese we’ve ever eating. The drinks were top notch too. The room was great but we didn’t like that there is no mini fridge. We had to rent one. "

"Elbana is an amazing employee and goes beyond the call of duty. The hotel is clean and spotless. Great rooms. Great breakfast. I stayed at Home Suites nearby for short stay and it was horrific. I learned my lesson and will be back again shortly for an extended stay due to business. Thank Elbana for me for an amazing job done. "
