"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. "This was the worse place I have ever stayed at, the front clerk was so rude, I was a work and they gave my room away to another guest. I found this out when they refused to give my girl a key to get in the room. I called them about the situation and they literally hung up in my face. It was terrible, never again will I get a place from them. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, worse experience with them. I get rooms all the time but this place was a no go, they took my money."
