"I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

"A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. "

"The room had a “stuffy smell” to it and when you open the pantry door a tremendous “curry” smell came out. We couldn’t go out to the patio because there were a lot of bugs.Tina was great and very prompt but overall , the location and atmosphere of the property was not as enjoyable based on pictures and description."

"Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably. Overall we are very pleased to have spent our time there. "
