"Small lobby though attentive staff.. clean"

"From the security guard, concierge, front desk, servers and room attendants they were all amazingly incredible. One security guard even remembered me and my husband from last year’s visit. "Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! "

"Practical set up. Helpful staff."

"Good for the price."

"The property is connected to SM North Edsa. The whole staff of the hotel were very welcoming and very helpful. For breakfast meal just one adjustment, it needs more variety of foods for other religions. Not only focusing on one religion."

"It’s just basic.No Fridge."

"Need upkeep of the property in general. Rooms are outdated. Need new paint and flooring but staff are polite"

"Staffs were great!!!"

"Friendly staff. They provide us with mineral waters and other amenities on daily basis. 5 star"

"Overall, a very pleasant stay. The location is ideal, close to NKTI! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome."

"The staff was very good but I had a problem with the Wi-Fi service which was very poor."
