"Stayed the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc, Checkin was easy, quick and courteous. The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast they offered before heading out on our hike for the next 8 days. The hotel does offer safe bag storage for a fee, and all our items were waiting for us when we returned. The staff was extremely friendly during our stay and the room was clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all!"

"Excellent séjour! Accueil au top, convivial et chaleureux ! Marine est adorable ! On se sent comme à la maison. Plusieurs espaces de détente cocooning. Chambre décorée avec soin, propreté impeccable. Jacuzzi avec vue sur le massif du mont blanc et sauna disponibles tout le temps. Un petit déjeuner complet préparé avec soin. Produits locaux et belle découverte gustative. Je recommande à 100%."

"Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"

"Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. " First time In Chamonix and Heliopic was a hyge win. Next to the Aguile du Midi lift and 2 mins from center ville. This was an amazing experience. The spa was incredible add on, and we used it everyday. We stayed in the privilege room and had an amazing view of the Alps. Plus very comfortable amenities and excellent staff. We were helped to a couple of hikes and recommendations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Chamonix. The hotel is top!"
