"I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Les Houches Chamonix and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. "The property is located in the most stunning area, within the foothills of Mont Blanc. You will not be disappointed with the view from the hotel, or the pool. We paid slightly more for a mountain view room which was impeccable.

"Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"
"We stayed in room 306. There is a bus station right next to it, if you are staying in summer and crack windows for air (as there is no AC), it stays noisy till past midnight.
