"We stayed for two nights recently - Saturday and Sunday nights. Right off the bat, the toilet started overflowing late at night. The front desk had no one there at nights or weekends for things like this. They gave us a plunger. Same thing for Sunday night. We had to use the lobby bathroom for the weekend. Plus the elevator was broken. Plus there were roaches in our room - one on my pillow, others on the floor, more in the bathroom. Yuck!!! The ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly,...

The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed.
The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home."

"The hotel is updated and breakfast is good.
I stayed for five nights, I never met a smiling staff at the front desk. No greetings, no smiles. when you want to ask for information or help they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Housekeeping staff was polite and seemed nice.
The toilet in my room did not flush properly,
The bathtub water apparently drains in the room right below us. My son was taking a shower, I got a call accusing us of spilling water on the bathroom floor...
