"Such a cute place, with tons of character! Old hardwood flooring, smells like an old school or library. Soothing. There's a bar on the first floor with live music; I definitely would have sat in on the blues performance that I heard on my way out one night, but my visit wasn't for my entertainment. "this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."

"The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home."
