The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean but is in need of repair (tile is moldy, drain stop missing, tub, two different colors, and rust around the door and toilet. The staff was very accommodating and helped us check in early. We had a little issue with the in room ac unit and it was replaced on the spot by maintenance staff. "I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

"I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. "The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!"
