"The room was clean, but you can really see the age of the building. The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean but is in need of repair (tile is moldy, drain stop missing, tub, two different colors, and rust around the door and toilet. The staff was very accommodating and helped us check in early. We had a little issue with the in room ac unit and it was replaced on the spot by maintenance staff. "I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
