"I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases. Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!"

"A refreshing place to come to after a day of travel or work. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful kitchenette, local tavern across the street for dinner, some very nice breakfast options as part of the stay. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft, absolutely comfortable (and I am hard to please when it comes to mattresses). "

"The staff was very helpful. For some reason they had not received my reservation from Hotels.com. It was confirmed to me in the morning but when I arrived 8 hours later they had no record. The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience. This is my third stay here in the last 5 months and I think that says it all about staying here. "

"Good variety of food for breakfast. Spacious, comfortable eating area. Comfortable bed. Room just barely big enough for the 2 queen beds. No bathroom fan. Must rely on constant ventilation thru small square vent in the ceiling, but there was no air movement. Person at desk said all rooms are like that and they don't know why. 9/6/25 (Saturday) breakfast room was closed at 9:30 instead of the stated 10:00 weekend closing time. "

"For the price this is the best place. I’ve stayed at in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredible and my pet got to stay for free!"
