"When we arrived at the hotel, which we stay at frequently, we were dealing with a broken down car, a long tow from the middle of nowhere, and a UHaul trailer that we no longer had a vehicle to tow it with. A member of the hotel staff, Adel, was fantastic. She kept watch over our trailer while we were trying to arrange alternative transport, helped direct us to various places in the area to solve our immediate needs, provided water while we were unloading and reloading the trailer into a truck,...

"The room was very spacious, we had the 2 queen suite. The beds were comfortable, The sofa bed was not made, we were given linens when we checked in, though no pillows. "This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had.
