Paradise Retreat

The comfortable, and private holiday house is close to the beach, native wildlife, walking tracks, cycling and near the Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park.
There are 3 large bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 7. Also a huge lounge, kitchen and dining area to easily accommodate a large numbers of guests. The lounge has plenty of space to seat guests and has an air conditioner and wood heater for all round comfort in summer or winter. In the large outside enclosed porch, you can comfortably sit outside away from any of the little bugs.
Outside there is space to relax by enjoying the garden, or just taking in the serenity. The property is fully fenced for your children or pet dog(s). Located one street back from the beach, this house with its secure yard is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
Regardless, your pets can play and explore while you take endless strolls along the shoreline beach-combing and shell collecting. The beach changes almost daily and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the serenity. You will be amazed at how few people there are along this wonderful part of 90 Mile Beach.
There are plenty of other activities available including golf at the Golden Beach Golf Club, a 9 hole course that's a real experience to enjoy. There is also lawn bowls at the Golden Beach Bowls Club. For those who like cycling it is ideal with many kilometers of long flats roads to explore. Of course there are plenty of walking tracks for those who wish to adventure through the coast parks that surround Paradise Beach. A favorite place are the various wetlands where bird-life are teeming around the shallows foraging for food.
For those who wish to do some shopping Sale is a short drive past the Sale Common State Game Refuge where there is the opportunity to observe wildlife in extensive marsh and grassland areas. Sale is a lovely Victorian country town with many historic buildings, the historic Port of Sale on the Thompson River, lakes and parkland, and a great choice of street cafes to sit and have coffee or tea while taking in the scenery. Loch Sport and Seaspray are a 30 minute drive away.
Golden Beach hub is just under 3km away where you will find a takeaway/general goods store. A children's playground and community hall. There are no shops at Paradise Beach.

A cosy and functional holiday house very close to the beach, everything you need to enjoy a few days away with friends or family. Clean and tidy with plenty of the basics that you sometimes forget to pack and bring on short stays, great value.

Amazing value for money. Great location with very short and easy walk to beach. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely pictures hanging throughout house. Covered verandah was great. Would definitely recommend.

House was perfect. Even better than the images. We were unlucky with bad weather the first couple of nights but the house was stocked with games which passed the time! Fully secured backyard for our doggie and a 2 min walk to a quiet golden sand beach which we spent our last two days making the most of.. we were the only ones there. A very quiet neighbourhood with resident kangaroos too. The house exceeded our expectations, it had everything and more! We will be back - thank you so much for sharing your space with us :)

My husband and I spent 5 nights here. This home is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with good range of pots/pans, mixing bowls, serving platters/bowls, lots of crockery and cutlery. Excellent BBQ on covered deck, my husband really enjoyed cooking with it. Very good bathroom, plenty of towels on hand. Even though on tank water, shower has good pressure. Water gets very hot, just beware with your young ones. Extra towels etc in bathroom cupboard. Good laundry/toilet with all essentials in laundry cupboard. 3 large bedrooms, beds all made and ready to go. Extra linen/blankets in linen cupboard. Great range of jigsaw puzzles and board games. TV reception is excellent with two aerial points, we moved tv to watch on the deck. Yard has good secure fencing, our dog was very happy. A short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach. Minimal to no phone reception, but this is normal for this area. No wifi, but who doesn't need time off a device? Maybe take a DVD player and DVD's to supplement regular tv. Sale is less than 30 minutes away, general store is pricey. All in all, cosy comfortable house, close to the beach, very relaxing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an excellent property and location. We had a lovely time away. The home was clean and tidy and had a good kitchen set up so we could cook some of our meals. The fenced yard was excellent for our greyhound 🙂

The house is presented well, very clean and plenty of space for us. Would also suit large family with big living, three decent sized bedrooms and large undercover sunroom - which was needed more when the weather changed to rain! Could do with a table and chairs outside in garden. Enclosed garden very secure for small and large dogs. Access to beach only a short walk. Parking garage a bonus.
