"As always , well presented and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Room excellent value, clean and modern. Only slightly on the negative was one of the towels had a smudge of make up on it, hinting not clean or didn’t wash well. Best hotel in the region for sure"

"We stayed there for one night. We didn't spend much time in the Caravan park but we did noticed that the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The cabin was very clean and the bed it was comfortable as well. Very friendly staff. There is no much to do in the caravan park but definitely worth it for overnight stay. Heaps to do in that area! "I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...

"The property was exquisite and the location was close to everything. The only issue was with checkin. We were unable to make a phone call to have someone meet us for checkin. It would be convenient to let out of country guests know that the property manager is available at the hotel next door. This would have simplified the check in significantly. Other than that the experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying g at this location. "

"Hmmm. Positives were few - it was quiet and the tv and heater worked well. Negatives were unfortunately many. The whole space was grubby, especially the shower. There was some sort of leak in the bathroom, with water pooling on the floor. Not sure where it was coming from (I don’t think it was the shower). Under the sink in the kitchen also leaked. The kitchen supplies were limited (we had to ask for another fork) and there was only one lid (that was broken) between the 2 saucepans. The towel...

"It is located at a quiet area, clean inside and there are almost all amenities necessary for short stay."

"It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down."

"Our 5 Year old loved the pool, the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little too soft but that is personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"I think the the queen bedsheet and pillow cases not changed. In particular the pillow cases where they have a lot of hairs (visible) . It was late night to report back when we noticed it. Nevertheless, we just stay overnight. And it will be good if the toilet has an exhaust fan. Other than that the property is well maintained and comfy."
