This Carriage Cottage is located in the town of Rosemary Beach. All guests will enjoy private beach/pool access during their visit.
The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this cozy getaway retreat into our portfolio of the "Always Collection", our adult only selection of carriage homes all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach experience. This newly refurbished charming getaway is perfect for couples wanting to celebrate a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, babymoon or just spend quality time together and enjoy everything our town has to offer.
Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary split of champagne, two spa style robes for your comfort as well as numerous other amenities such as our organic shampoo and conditioner, pure coconut bar soap with essential oils, and Amavida coffee, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster.
There is plenty of room to relax in this intimate cozy retreat. Featuring an open floor plan to include spacious seating area, well equipped kitchen, counter seating island, spacious bathroom with double vanity sinks and larger walk-in shower. An ensuite master king bedroom also features ample space for cloths and folded items.
For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the cottage.
Additionally there is a lovely balcony with shaded umbrella and seating to enjoy your morning coffee or relaxing with an evening beverage.

Delightful accommodations

This property is in a great location and easily walkable to Rosemary Beach. The carriage house has absolutely everything you need for your stay. It was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything was attractive and appeared brand new. The champagne was a sweet touch! Parking was never a problem. I will likely return to this VRBO.

Fantastic stay!

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and this space was the perfect location and acommodation for us. Our hosts were quick to respond if we had any questions. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all necessities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor chairs and deck space. We would not hesitate to recommend or stay again!

First time to Rosemary

When checking in it would be wise to screenshot the directions because the internet connection is not happening. But our neighbors were helpful in getting us into our unit. We went spring break March/cool weather and the area was crowded but not like summer. Definitely rent bikes the riding is endless. Being a Pawleys island gal, the beach is narrow. Tide doesn’t go out far so walking was best in our neighborhood or along the streets. We would go back and we would stay at this location again.

Great experience

This unit was perfect for my girlfriend and me, for our a girls trip. It had everything we needed and more. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as the shopping/restaurant area. Bikes were available but we didn’t feel we needed to use them. Parking was easy too. The weather wasn’t great for part of the time we were there and we didn’t mind just hanging out in the unit waiting for the rain to stop. I highly recommend this place.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful carriage house. We loved it and we were very comfortable and cozy. It was beautifully decorated and had every amenity we could think of. It was located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see.
