Our space is adorned with a hand-painted mural inspired by the vibrant colors of the Sunshine State, including a delightful flamingo motif that adds a touch of whimsy to your stay. Situated just a short stroll away from the sandy shores of PCB, our location offers the best of both worlds – the tranquility of lakeside living and the excitement of beachside adventures.

The Florida House is 1905 ft² and is three bedroom / three bath that sleeps 13. This is a three-story home; the entrance is on ground level with main living space on 2nd and 3rd floors.

🍍Entry to the home is on the side of the building and you will take steps up to the second floor to get to the main living space.



We are here for you during your stay and only a phone call / message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.



Carillon Beach is on the edge of 30A. It`s a small beach community with a lot of heart! Close to all the best things that 30A and Panama City Beach have to offer but private and less busy than the surrounding areas.



Kids can freely/safely ride bikes in the neighborhood and enjoy access to all the pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball court!
