Welcome to our charming 500 sq ft home, ideally suited for a small family or a romantic getaway for two. With a spacious balcony and just a short stroll of approximately 300 steps to the beach, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This lovely unit features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a generous private outdoor deck where you can savor your morning coffee, enjoy meals, or unwind with evening drinks under the patio lights while feeling the gentle ocean breeze. Located on the first floor above the parking area, there is a flight of stairs leading to our inviting home.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size appliances such as a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels, and a stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

For entertainment, our unit boasts a Smart Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Xfinity WiFi is also included, and a child’s pack n play is available for your needs. Nearby grocery stores like Publix, Dollar General and Aldi, along with CVS and Dollar General, are all within a mile, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Plus, enjoy dining options like Waffle House and Dunkin’ Donuts just a stone’s throw away.

Our cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to four adults or two adults and two children. The bedroom features a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, while the living room offers a sleeper sofa that converts into a full bed.

Situated in the peaceful Villas of Bahamas West Condominium on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, you can enjoy a serene atmosphere while still being close to vibrant attractions. The public beach access is only about 300 steps (a 3-minute walk) away, ensuring you can soak up the sun without crowded shores.

There’s plenty to explore in Panama City Beach, and we want you to experience it all!

• Pier Park: Just 6 miles east, this outdoor complex features an IMAX theater, laser tag, live music, fantastic dining, and great shopping.

• Scenic 30A & Rosemary Beach: A must-see, located just 3 miles west—drive along 30A and enjoy the stunning views!

• Lake Powell: Less than 2 miles away, it’s the largest coastal dune lake in Florida and North America, covering nearly 800 acres.

• Camp Helen State Park: 3.5 miles from our unit, this park offers walking trails, fishing, wildlife, and a private beach.

• Destin: A picturesque 40-minute drive away, perfect for a day trip.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• A 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival; a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior.

• No pets allowed.

• A $100 cleaning fee applies.

• Only credit card payments are accepted.

• A $500 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned to your credit card within 7-14 days post-checkout, provided there are no damages, stolen items, or additional cleaning fees.

Awesome little spot

This spot was great for our quick stay in PCB area. It was easy to get to and SO close to the beach access, just a quick 5 min walk to the sand. The place had everything we needed and we'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for a future trip.

We had a small issue upon check-in, but the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. It’s a small unit, as described with nice touches. The inside was clean and mostly comfortable. The bed tends to sag toward the center, and the exterior of the units could use some scrubbing/paint, but beach access was great! Convenient location and responsive hosts. We would stay here again.

Lower your expectations

Notes everywhere telling you what you can and cannot do (and not in a “friendly” binder or anything. Just smacked all over the walls). Had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. They said someone was coming to fix but no one ever came. Dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. Only had 1 trash bag in the place. While the beach is a short walk, not a beach view (just an FYI that you cannot see it to see how crowded it may before before you hike down there with everything in tow). You cannot drive to beach and park.

Excellent condo! Immaculate and cozy.

Highly recommend! Shekeitha, the host, was super nice, and accommodating! The condo was immaculate, and exactly like the pictures! The beach was just a block away. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The deck area is perfect, and large! This is the quiet part of the beach, and traffic isn’t bad. The bed is very comfortable!

Perfect location

The location is perfect, quiet end of the beach. It was really nice sitting on the balcony at night with the lights. The bed was comfy and the window units kept the entire place cooled off. We will definitely be visiting again.

Cleanliness issues

The property was not clean at all and I contacted property owner and provided pics of the garbage left on site dirty linens and major dirt and dust under bed. Door knobs all loose. Property manager did offer 10% refund but place still was not cleaned.

Affordable and convineint!

Everything is at minimum comfort. We usually stay at next door unit and like this place for non crowded beach. We discovered here a benefits of electric pan. Toilet and shower are new, very clean and efficient! There was no hair dryer.You need to count on your bath supply as soap, shampoo etc. Overall is good!

Great location

2021 PCB vacation

I have a family of four, myself and 3 teenagers, that stayed at the Saltlife rental. I was pleased with the cleanliness. There was the internet, beach towels, towels, extra pillows, throw blankets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a starter pack of tide pods (washer & dryer). There was enough room for us four, although the recliners were smaller than I thought. When I contacted the owners they were quick to respond with positive attitudes. It also has a balcony.. It is just a short 2-3 min walk to the beach... Our overall experience was pleasant. Thank you!

Perfect little condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the balcony and it was an Easy walk to the beach! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 toddlers and absolutely loved it. We will be back!
