"Beautiful land and venue with great location! Absolutely loved those aspects and would’ve given it more stars if there were no concerns. The only issues we had were regarding cleanliness (a very strong mold smell resulting from a kitchen sink leak in the cabinet below) and pest infestations in the kitchen. Both were communicated to the property manager who advised they relayed them to the owners. We made it work as we weren’t at the house much at all, but it would have been very nice to receive...

"The house had many amenities and was a quaint house (a small bathroom but very clean). The location was ideal for my visit to university of Louisville and family in Southwest Louisville. I requested something be done about the odor. And the grass needs to be cut and yard maintenance completed. The house has a musty and mold odor. The filter needs to be changed in the floor. "

"We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio."

"Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again. "
