"Was pleasantly surprised how conveniently located the place was. A girlfriend and I met up to attend a concert at Hershey Stadium. There was an amazing restaurant directly across the street and a great coffee shop just down the road. It was only a 15 min drive to concert. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. "Great location for Hershey, very quiet. Nice property, clean and like new. We did have an issue with the toilet but they came and fix it immediately and never bothered us while doing the repairs. We would rent this place again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! There were toys and games that entertained our kids; 2 & 11 and all the accommodations we could need. PROS: outdoor grill, kids toys, games, booster seat & high chair options, lots of plates, bowls & utensils, convenience to restaurant and beer distributor (while we don’t go, was nice and close if we needed it) large fridge and freezer which made bringing groceries to cook easier. "

"Our stay in this delightful Shoehouse 14-!6 July 2025 was certainly a memorable relaxing treat. You have certainly thought of and met our every need. Beds comfortable, ac adjustable, linens plentiful---even make-up removable cloths. Loved the former ice cream parlor downstairs area (where I had enjoyed previously) as we played board games with tea and Keurig coffees and the convenience of yet another bathroom there. "The house was very clean! The pool was great and the host was very responsive. We went to Hershey Park and came to a very peaceful home.On top of that the beautiful horses and great views. I wii definitely stay there again."

"The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!"

"The host was a fabulous communicator, and obviously wanted our stay to be everything we were hoping it to be. It was! The accommodations were perfect for our 9 family members 2 dogs. Kitchen items that were thoughtfully provided included coffee pods, coffee mate, spices, in addition to the plentiful dishes and flatware. "

"My boys have always wanted to stay in a treehouse. Lucky for them, I found this gem on our travels. We only stayed one night, but my youngest could have stayed forever! The amimals on the property were a true treat. I highly reccomend Fairview Farms for your next advemture."

"We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely...

"My husband and I had a great time staying in Tiny. The hosts were communicative and friendly and this being our first tiny home experience it was really unique and interesting. It was a little hard to find as the city of Lancaster has many one-way streets. It is definitely small. I don't think more than two people could stay in it comfortably. The efficiency of the place was really cool! "
