"My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed La Finca Azul, and especially the family whose vision it is -- including Nacho, Oli, and Cece, the three dogs. I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. "

"The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. Since it’s a mountain area, the mornings and evenings can get quite chilly, and rain can come at any time. Thankfully, the electric heated mattresses kept us warm and comfortable. "Edward y Familia is absolutely fabulous. I'm pretty sure it is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The room is adorable, with everything you could need, and the decor and design is very tasteful. Edward picked me up at the airport personally and is a very gracious host. This was exactly what I needed after a hard day of traveling. I felt very safe and taken care of as a solo female traveler. Thank you so much Edward y Familia. I wish I could stay longer! "
