We are an adult only property and you won't find a better location than this! Walk a few blocks and you are in heart of downtown Palm Springs.
This quaint property has five individual cottages, all newly renovated and decorated by a local, well-known designer. This casita has its own private hot tub and garden. The shared 8-foot, full-sized pool is always heated, however, each cottage has their own pool entrance and there is ample patio furniture for your enjoyment. No need to bring pool floats or an outdoor speaker as we have piped in music by the pool and pool floats for your enjoyment. We have provided you with ALEXA in your living room, kitchen and both bedrooms so there is no need to bring your own speaker for music. Your Mid-Century cottage was built in the 1950’s and is newly renovated, both inside and out. All of your kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line and your kitchen is well-stocked with the “gourmet chef” in mind. We have provided a KitchenAid Mixer, and a Vitamix blender for that ultimate gourmet meal! You will not find mix-matched silverware and plates in this cottage, but instead you will find all the kitchen amenities imaginable.. As you relax in your cozy living room, you will find a 50" TV, complete with Roku TV. With Roku TV you can rent movies, play music, sign into your own Netflix account and many other entertainment selections, all three TV's are equipped with Roku. In the bedroom, you will find a 60" TV and a very comfortable bed, complimented by fine linens. The re-modeled bathrooms includes a full-sized new walk in showers. No need to wait for someone else to finish their laundry, as you have a full sized washer and dryer, right in your cottage. You will not be disappointed, as it is our mission to bring you the “Comforts of Home” in beautiful Palm Springs! It will be our pleasure to serve you and make your experience one to remember. Amazing property. Once you enter through the gates you're swept away into a quiet, perfect getaway. Excellent, friendly host. Great communication to your every need. Modern appliances, well stocked kitchen. Steps from the main drag. Comfy beds. Would definitely return.

A unique cottage experience, owner was easily accessible, beautiful pool in a place decorated in Palm Springs art deco, in keeping with the area. Beautifully appointed cottage, wanted for nothing. Clean, spacious with lots of private outdoor seating. Awesome hot tub. Can’t wait to return next year!!!

Overall, the unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Cute decor. Nice private back patio space. Hosts were communicative and kind. My only real complaint would be that the shower had a pretty foul sewage/moldy smell coming up from the drain. The smell would get exacerbated when you showered as well. I would suggest the owners take a look at the pipes and see what’s going on there.

I had an absolute blast staying at this stunning property over Coachella weekend! The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. The room I booked was so peaceful and calm, which is exactly what I was looking for in a packed agenda trip to the desert. While I didn’t use the kitchen facilities, they appeared to be a great addition onto the listing. The kitchen table was perfect size for my group of friends to enjoy a takeout lunch before heading to the fest. I would book this listing immediately again, and I hope to do just that. Very centrally located to downtown Palm Springs and also the airport. The shuttle stop for Coachella this year was near as well, just a short drive away. Just a note, the only bathroom in this listing is in the bedroom, so if you are staying with a friend or having friends visit, it is slightly close quarters with little privacy. Other than this, the security and thoughtfulness of the host is unmatched. 10/10 experience!!!!!

Pictures and description made it look great and it ended up being even better in person. Property and amenities were fantastic and Rick was quick to communicate and fix any issues that showed up. Quiet, great location and would love to stay again in the future.

Stayed in Unit C which is spacious and offers private outside space in addition to community pool area. Safe off-street parking is available. Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time in this well-appointed poolside unit with private hot tub, fireplace, and easy walk to downtown attractions. Spotlessly clean, nice MCM decor, owners are very friendly and quick to respond. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Unique and private property near everything. The swimming pool was pitch perfect! The security system was a bit challenging for us old folks. However highly recommend this property. One thing to remember though if you have friends in town take them out. They have a strict no visitor policy.

Overall, the place was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy, the lighting was great, shower nice and hot, and the kitchen filled with all the necessities (and more). The adjacent studio (which we also rented) was gorgeous and had a mini fridge, ice maker, glasses, plates, etc, not to mention a huge and beautiful bathroom. The location was excellent - if you like to walk, definitely walking distance to downtown, but if not, a super quick drive. There's so much to see and do in Palm Springs and the surrounding area and we barely scratched the surface. Highly (highly!) recommend this apartment!

This cute property is a gem just a Stonesthrow from downtown Palm Springs. It’s a quiet oasis with a very nice heated swimming pool and our unit even had a private hot tub in the back yard. The entire apartment was great, top-notch with a highly functional, well outfitted kitchen. The bedroom was very nice with a super comfortable bed, lots of towels, and plenty of hot water.My wife and I were super happy with the stylish digs and would hardly recommend this place. One of our best vacation rentals ever! And by the way, Rick was very accommodating and super communicative.

This was a perfect place for a Palm Springs getaway! It’s close enough to walk downtown. Relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the tunes and comfy lounge chairs.

The property was picture perfect. Suite C had all of the amentities that you could ask for: kitchen, private hot tub and patio, fireplace and more. Decor was mid-modish, comfortable and super clean. Location was great for walking to Tahquitz Canyon hike and Moorten's Cactarium. Right off 111 for access to all other CV areas. Owners were very attentive. If I could move in, I would.

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful oasis. The pool area, garden area in the back, and well appointed home were wonderful. It was a little bit further to the main downtown area than we expected. Overall it was a great experience.

Four of us wanted to stay close to our dear friend that lives in twin palms for our 60th birthday celebration. We booked this amazing home for our stay that was within 2 miles of him. I would have given 5 stars all the way around if check out time was at 11am instead of 10am. Feel like we needed the extra hour to enjoy the morning and then clean up. Thank you for the great stay! I would definitely book again!
