• Parking: The driveway (16’ x 42’) can accommodate up to four cars. Per Palm Coast regulations, parking on the street or grass is not permitted, and boats or trailers are not allowed in the driveway or yard. Guests must arrange alternative storage for these vehicles.

• No smoking inside the house or garage (violation incurs a $500+ cleaning fee).
• Outdoor smoking is permitted, please dispose of remnants responsibly.
• Pool Heating:
• Solar heating is included and active year-round; specific temperatures are not guaranteed.
• Electric heating is available for an additional $30 per day (advance payment required).
• To ensure pool heating during your stay, contact the host at least two days in advance.
• Electric heater operates when outdoor temperatures are above 50°F; specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially in the cooler months.
