"This is just a really great house, probably my favorite rental ever. This house is especially great for families. It has a really comfortable and cool vibe. Giant beds and TV’s everywhere. Great patio with ample seating, perfect size pool. I wish we could stay longer. If ever back in this area, we’d love to stay again. *If I had anything to suggest for perfection, the cleaning team could probably do a bit better job for the owners. "Our stay here was awesome! Place is very clean, great neighborhood with wildlife and neighbors are friendly! The pictures do not do this place justice! We have stayed at several VRBO’s n this is by far the best one yet! Enjoyed the convenience of the pool and it was only a quick 15 minute drive to the beach! Several eating option within a mile and grocery stores. Very convenient! We would highly recommend this place!"

"We stayed here to host Thanksgiving dinner for my aging parents. The house was very clean and spacious and plenty of room for everyone to stay. All the bedrooms are upstairs so very private. The pool and the pool table were a big hit. We had an issue with an appliance and the on-site property manager attended to it immediately! Overall, great stay"

"When the only thing to be petty about, is the absence of propane for use of the grill, that is really good. We filled the tank on our second day, and used the regularly. unfortunately, needing to bring the tank to the back of house, when walking on the side, one of the family members got stung by a hornet. we did not recognize the hornets nest that we were walking under. overall, beautiful home, and thankful to stay there."

"We were very comfortable in this home during our visit. Nicely decorated interior, very clean, plenty of towels, everything you need for cooking, chairs for nearby Flagler beach, enjoyed theater room, and loved the outdoor covered area with overhead fans. All great!"

"Had a great time with family. The house was good size with a huge kitchen and family room. Pool was perfect size with more than enough seating. The seating area by the canal also has plenty of chairs. The house is in a nice quiet area and was exactly what we wanted. "We had a fantastic weekend at Marineland Acres. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. There is a fenced in backyard that our dog could enjoy. The golf cart made for easy access to the beach, which was beautiful and peaceful, not crowded at all. Phyllis and Mark are great hosts, and we will definitely be back!"
