    Alluring Water Front, 2 Story Pool Home located on private street on cul-de-sac in the center of Palm Coast. Absolutely stunning newly renovated Pool home Water Front vacation in PARADISE! Bring your Boat, Jetski and Fishing gear! This unique and one of a kind modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths enough to entertain the entire family just with the water views alone. Home attributes a formal living room and dining room with scenic views to the dock and waterway. Kitchen entails custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, modern stainless-steel appliances, built in breakfast nook and a spacious butler’s pantry with ambient sky lights and modern lighting. Spacious family room has casual sectional seating with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Located on the first floor, a convenient electric and energy efficient washer and dryer in house. Also located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and custom California closet. Master bathroom with separate walk in shower, garden tub, and separate double sink vanity. Tile flooring in all common areas, and laminate on second level. Upstairs features 2 Guest Rooms, a Jack & Jill loft, play area, and laundry chute. 4 TV's located in Great Room and 3 Bedrooms. Outside features a large sized, screen in patio for room to entertain and dine watching the sunrise or sunset. Fenced in- pool overlook scenic water and boat house, boat dock is operational. Minutes from the beach, and close to Daytona and St. Augustine. Close to new shopping center, restaurants, houses of worship, and hospitals. Bring your extended family & friends for a vacation of a lifetime.
    PET DISCLAIMER:
    Pets welcome - Maximum of 2 dogs (50 lbs or less), NO CATS (Owner is allergic to both, extra cleaning fee may be charged for pet hair and dander) $300 1st pet fee and $250 for each additional pet.
    If a pet fee is not included at the time of your booking, a flat dog fee of $550 will be added upon your arrival.
    BOAT HOUSE/DOCK DISCLAIMER:
    Boats are welcome. The boat lift is not available for use. Boats can be tied off to the side of the dock. Trailers cannot be stored on driveway/grass. Garage is NOT available for storage.

Great Family Getaway

This home lived up to the billing. There are a few minor repairs needed, but nothing that hampered our stay. The host was super easy to contact and prompt to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay here with our 5 kids. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected. For the first two days I literally walked around randomly exclaiming, “This place is fantastic!” The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

Amazing!!! This is a must!

This property was everything we imagined and more. There was tons of room inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked — we cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. Kayaking in the canals was so fun and all shops and restaurants were within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and would stay again. .

House had it all!

We loved our family vacation here! The house had everything that we needed (stocked kitchen, linens, towels, pool toys, etc). We loved the backyard views and amenities. The house was clean and had enough space for multiple families to enjoy time together but have personal space. The beach was a quick 10-12 minute drive away. We are already talking about rebooking next year.

Enjoyed our stay

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

The house was easy to find, so clean, and bigger than the pictures made it seem! It was 15 min from the closest Walmart which was super convenient. There was a pack n play and stroller for the babies as well. Overall great experience!

Great family getaway

Property was well equipped with more than everything you could ever need! Owner was great to communicate with, home was large and clean. Everything was labeled and instructions were spot on for everything from the light switches to pool controls. Large TVs, abundance of linens too. You can see the owners really thought of everything!

Daytona Jeep Beach

This house is exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room. We had 5 Jeeps and there was ample parking. I had the need to communicate with the owner and the response was almost immediate. If you have a large group this is a great home for your vacation.

Great family stay

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We had 10, which included 2 babies. Were happy to have use of pack n play and high chair. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoyed the pool and dock for fishing. A 15 minute drive to the beach at Marineland. Beds were super comfy. Overall great experience.
