The Space:
This home will make you say wow! If you are looking for a quiet Beach (3 min walk) & Pool getaway with your family, pets & friends, this home will accommodate 1-3 families comfortably. New Hot Tub was just added! Gorgeous all around, professionally decorated, this home will create a perfect setting for a perfect vacation.

Split into 2 levels, there are 2 master suites located up and downstairs. The upstairs master suite has a King size bed, luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area outside on the deck. Kids will have their own kids bunk suite with toys, TV, and game console.

Accommodations:
- Two master suites: one upstairs with a King size bed and one downstairs with a separate entrance and a Queen size bed.
- Kids bunk suite featuring 2 bunks, toys, TV, and game console.
- Dining room table with comfortable seating for 6 guests (extra folding chairs available).
- Downstairs living area set up as a game room with large screen TV, bar area, and pool table.

Outdoor Features:
- New Hot Tub for relaxation.
- Fenced yard, perfect for pets ($100 per pet fee).
- Wrap-around decking with table and 6 chairs, plus a swing to enjoy the summer ocean breeze.
- Short 3-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach, feeling like a private beach due to low traffic.

Kitchen Amenities:
- A chef's dream kitchen with all the latest kitchen electronics including Ninja food processor, coffee maker, pancake & waffle makers, and more.
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Basic starter supplies for your arrival: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Additional Information:
- Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $289 plus tax.
- Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment, along with 2 bikes.
- Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry friend(s) and we will add them to your reservation.

 - Beach Equipment is located in the storage( garage) on the left side of the front door.  Please wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area.        

We sincerely hope your stay with us has been both comfortable and memorable.

As you prepare to depart, a gentle reminder that check-out time is 10:00 AM.
When convenient, kindly review the following:

- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.
    We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.

- Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and begin a cycle.

- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.

- Please Do Not remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.

- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated.

- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.

- Kindly place any trash in the outdoor receptacles.

- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.

- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated.

- Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.

Better than described

This beach house was more than expected. It had everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is I wish I knew exactly what all was provided because then I wouldn’t have had to pack as much as we did. Hahaha. So, really, not a complaint at all. The house was beautifully decorated, amazing access to the beach and so relaxing. I especially loved the deck and the fact that it had a gate at the top so our dog could enjoy the fresh air while we ate, drank coffee, and just hung out in it.The backyard was amazing too. Pool was perfect size for our family of 6. The hot tub was an added bonus. And the yard was fenced in with a nice privacy fence that kept our dog safe.Also of note, it’s so hard trying to find a beach house that didn’t charge an arm and a leg for a pet. The pet fee was more than reasonable here. And the fact that they allow dogs over 50lbs is also so hard to find. Soooo very grateful for that.My kids and hubby had a blast playing pool/air hockey/ ping pong. Such a great addition especially when you’ve had enough sun for the day.The neighbors were all so friendly. The beach was quiet, and gorgeous. We even got to see some interesting sea life (jelly fish, sea turtles, crabs, etc.) We absolutely loved our visit and were so very impressed with our stay. Would definitely stay here again, HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful Beach House for a Family

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything we needed for a wonderful family beach vacation was provided! We appreciated all the special touches like the coffee set up and the bathroom and shower amenities. The kids loved playing in the pool, riding bikes, and we all loved the short walk down to the beautiful private beach. The game room was also a huge hit with the kids! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay and great location for relaxation

Beach, pool, hot tub, house, and kitchen were awesome and very convenient for 10 day stay. Owner is upgrading as new pool table, side table, and 2 bathroom mirrors delivered during our stay so maintaining property!

Relaxing vacation

This house was great! Tons of room and space! The wrap around porch was also awesome. Just a few things that could use improving are the tv in the master suite. It would randomly shut off, very slow response time which was frustrating when streaming. Also, maybe upgrading to a bigger hot water heater, it seemed to not last very long. Other than that the place was amazing! Can’t wait to book again.

Amazing stay!

The house had everything you could want for a fun Florida vacation! The pool, hot tub, and bikes were perfect! The beach gear provided was so nice. We loved the house and everything about the neighborhood and quiet and safe beach area! Thank you for a fantastic vacation, it is our second stay here and we will be back!

Better than Expected

I have been coming down here for 20+ years, this was the very best beach home for the week. The outdoor space is pleasant and lovely, anytime of day. This is very unique in my experience and was just so nice. The home is well laid out for families, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

Everything about this place was great. The house was spotlessly clean and stocked up very well. There is plenty of room in this house. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Don't over pack, it has a large new front loader washer and dryer not a little combo. The walk to the beach and the description of two minutes is about right but unless you rent a condo that opens directly to the beachfront you'd have to walk at least as far. The walk to the beach is level with a beach access point at the end of the street. When you get to the beach the water is right there and vehicles are not allowed to drive on it. It's like a private beach. We were there the last week of June and even on the weekends, there were hardly anyone around. I don't believe we ever had people set up their spots within 100 feet of us. The neighborhood is residential and it seems most people are full time residents. They are all very friendly people and one told us he has lived there almost 20 years. He said during his time there that crime is virtually non-existent. The local seafood and BBQ joints had good food and you are only about 15- 20 minutes away from St Augustine Beach. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away from the house. As for being pet friendly the back yard is has a secure fence but one section right behind the hot tub is lower than the rest and our dog jumped it. That section is three or four feet tall and we have a boxer who can jump. It shouldn't be a problem for most dogs.

Family-Friendly House

We loved the easy walk to the nearly deserted beach, and spent hours jumping the waves. The house was great for kids: the teens were downstairs, and parents and littles upstairs. The walk in closet and pack 'n play was perfect for the baby, and there was a gate at the top of the stairs to keep our toddler safe. The kitchen was great and had everything we could want. The kids spent hours in the pool, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day of touring. It's a great central location, and we made several day trips to St Augustine and Daytona Beach.

Wonderful stay

Great location, ample space to park and in the house! Heated pool, pool Table, ping pong table and games for kids! Short walk to the beach! Definitely great for family time! Location great, in between st Augustine and daytona! Will be back!

Amazing Stay!

This house was exactly as described!! It was great!! My family loved the house and all the amenities that it offered. Such a short walk to the beach! We took 2 dogs as well and the fenced in back yard was perfect! The host was super nice and contacted me when the house was ready to check in! We are already looking into renting it again next year!

Perfect Beach House Review

We enjoyed our stay at the perfect beach house. My husband and I stayed there with our dogs. Some nearby family visited with us as well while we were there. The home is spacious. It has numerous sitting areas and bedrooms. We really enjoyed the large, covered porch on the second floor. It was also nice to have a fenced yard for the dogs (which was one of main reasons we chose this home). We enjoyed the pool as well. The home is in a great location with a short, straight walk to the beach. If more attention were given to the details of this property, we could have given an overall 5 star review. Small things need fixing- one of the bathroom doors does not stay shut/locked well, the pool table is unlevel and has some other issues, some of the appliances stored in the kitchen cabinets need to be more thoroughly cleaned. The backyard could use some landscaping. Guests are not provided with many towels or things such as garbage bags, dishwashing pods, dish detergent and the like for a very lengthy stay. The kitchen could also be outfitted a little better with some additional cooking utensils and things. We did truely enjoy our stay and the house is nice. If some additional attention were given to the details, it would be absolutely fantastic.

Taste my decorated but needs repairs

Rocky start but Alina was quick to respond despite having to deal with her sick dog. Dishwasher broke after first use,but was replaced next day. Pool was dirty upon entering but was quickly cleaned. Hot tub was hit or miss on being hot. Biggest complaint was hot water for showers. There was 7 adults in which 3 took showers at night. Never was there hot water. Upstairs master did have a sweet spot but you had to mess with the handle. Overall, great stay except for the shower issue.

Relaxing location

I love the laid back quiet feel of this neighborhood and home. The house is beautifully decorated however it needs quite a few repairs and updates. One of these is that water runs cold in the middle of showers which I communicated to the management company and hopefully they’ll be addressing. During our stay there was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and that was a bit of an eye sore, but overall we still enjoyed our vacation.

Great house. Great location.

This was our second time staying here. Loved the upgrades. Wonderful vacation home for us and another family. Very responsive hosts. Really nightingale to complain about at all.
