"This place was exactly what we needed for a restful spring break. Loved that we had access to bikes and the beach was a short walk away."

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. "Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island "

"The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me."

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."

"I’d like to mention that the staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The hotel manager was outstanding, just like the restaurant manager. They all paid close attention to guests and ensured everyone was satisfied. The driver who took us around was also very kind and attentive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I genuinely appreciated the service and the overall experience. "
