"The villa is beautiful! It was clean as a whistle and very well appointed. The rooms were very comfortable. In fact, this was the most comfortable VRBO I have ever stayed in. "Cute house, great location, host was wonderful! Please ask host if Air-conditioning has been fixed before booking in the summer, it wasn't working very well during the day, though the host sent someone out to check on it for us. Also note there is a long-term renter in an attached building, you share the pool and patio, and there is no swimming after 10pm."

"Maybe it's b/c we went during the off-season (i.e. the hot season) but I can't say enough good things about this place. It's advertised as a condo (which it is) but feels like a hotel. (front desk people were nice.) A high end place in a high end town (Palm Beach) with a lot of old school charm for about $150 a night. Parking was convenient. 5 minute walk to Publix, which is an awesome supermarket but none near where we live. And close to the "must do" attractions like Peanut Island, the...

"If youre not bouje this is the perfect place. The check-in couldve been better as i had to contact them to get the check-in code even though it was past check-in time. Personally feel like they shouldve reached out, but whatever. It was nice for what it was."

"I think the property was Amazing, it was steps from front door to the beach. They had bikes to use and the property was maintained very well. Karen and Rich were very kind and helpful! I will try and come back next summer. "

"The property is fantastic. Location, amenities, and stocking all as advertised and communicated. Beach was as private as it gets and Bathtub Beach which was fantastic for the kids was a mile walk down the beach. We had 10 of us at As Good as it Gets. The porch area, plunge pool, and hot tub were a natural gathering place for the family. We had another 11 of us at another Beach House, two down the beach and ours was perfect for hosting cookouts and the beach party. "
