Pool home close to the beach

Welcome to the tropical pool retreat, a private 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood only 9 miles from the beach and 75 from Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios etc.) . Relax and grill in our tropical screened in pool area. (The pool may be heated for an additional fee). Enjoy the fully equipped & spacious kitchen, indoor laundry room, WiFi, smart TV, reclining sofa, AC and ceiling fans. The master has a queen bed, the other rooms each have 2 twin beds, there's a futon & 2 twin air mattresses are also available. Please note that the AC is an older unit and can't be lowered below 74 degrees. Thank you.

While the house could use a little TLC, this place is a great value for your buck. Its a comfortable house in a very quite neighborhood. The thing that made it for us was the pool area. Its very clean and the waterfall adds such a peaceful feel. We spent most of our afternoons telaxing out there. We had a little trouble with the keyless entry when we arrived and Brent handled it very well and was more than fair. Very accommodating! Would definitely go back if in the area.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was exactly as expected, and smelled wonderful when we arrived! Very clean, and I can be critical of that, especially with having kids. Pool was a good size, clean, even had the pool cleaner out twice while we were there, and our family enjoyed it every day no matter the time. Everything that a family staying there could possibly need was available. I tend to over-pack, but it was nice to know if we ran out of something like soap or sunscreen that backup was there for us. More than enough space for a larger family like ours. Loved having that extra hour to checkout in the morning, compared to places that want you out by 10:00 am. Would definitely stay here again!

We had fun staying in the area, we had the pool heated, we visited Disney Springs and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, the Kennedy Space Center, visited several beaches, many restaurants, etc.

Home away from home

House was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Great location for restaurants or grocery stores and a short drive to beaches. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, had no issues for the 3 weeks we stayed. Home is well equipped with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Having the pool was a plus although we did not get to use it much because of the time of the year, water was a bit colder and we were there for work. But the pool was always clean and ready for use and the enclosed patio/pool area was very relaxing. Will definitely stay again. Michelle was a great host and communicated very well.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay in Palm Bay. The house is very nice, clean and well supplied. The pool was quite cold so wasn't utilised as much as we would have liked. Very peaceful area, close to beaches, places to see and eat. All in all a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing,quiet and complete!

We enjoyed this beautiful pool home and the quiet neighborhood! You are close to everything including the river and beach.It is decorated just like a tropical retreat and we enjoyed the comforts of home.

Great stay

To be honest, the house actually surprised me on how much I liked it. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We meet a couple people while walking. The surprising thing was how spacious the house was. The kitchen, dining room and living room where very good size. The bedrooms are comfortable and setup great for a family. And the pool was awesome! Very relaxing. The evenings were shaded by the house so we didn't even have to worry about sunscreen! I would stay here again if we come back to Palm Bay.

Great Family Rental

What a great house! My family of 6 loved our stay! Great location, close to everything we wanted and easy to get to. Michelle is a great host that communicated wonderfully, though we had no issues during our stay at all. Easy check in and nice clean open space. The pool was nice and clean and perfect for my kids. Would absolutely stay here again and can't recommend this home enough!!

Clean, Comfortable

The home was easy to get to. Clean. I did like they left what past ppl had left there to us, garbag bags, ziplocks, left over dish detergent, hand soap etc. A few things to note, the pool wasnt heated, nor had a solar cover, it was too cold for us to swim in. The small kids did swim. There isnt enough blankets, nor towels. No dressers? Sicne there wasnt dressers we said we will hang our clothes, 3 hangers, so not enough of them either.
