"The condo was very clean and in great condition. we had a very comfortable stay. The beach was uncrowded and the water was warm. Would have liked to have a bigger balcony but we enjoyed it just the same. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful, simple, and restful weekend. The simplicity and of getting groceries and not having to leave for the weekend was incredible. This place has everything you need for the beach. The pool was the perfect temperature. Our host Janice was super responsive and a great communicator. There are a couple of updates needing to be done in the condo but nothing that hindered our stay. Great weekend! Thank you Janice! "

"What an amazing week we had! The house was gorgeous and had so many amenities from a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms to all sorts of outdoor toys and beach items for use. "When we arrived, we found the beach umbrella was unusable. We contacted the owner and she personally ran by a replacement umbrella . Wow, that made our stay. She said she had already ordered replacements but they hadn’t arrived via Amazon. They did show up during our stay. Beautiful place. "

"This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay."

"My brother and I love to cook, and this kitchen was incredible. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms felt updated and new. The walk to get to the beach is maybe 45 seconds, and the outdoor shower was so convenient! Really great stay, and my family was very happy. "

"The house, location, pool, beach - we loved everything! We were there in August and we saw the turtle nests being marked out - right at the bottom of the pathway to the house - it is so, so lovely! The children LOVED the pool (so did we) and the house has everything we needed and more besides. The host (Nikki) popped by to say hello just after we arrived and was kind and responsive to messages we sent with any queries. We had a day trip to the Kennedy space centre and then mostly just lazed...

"The proximity to the beach and being far away from large hotels made it feel like we had our own little private spot on the beach. Carol was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub had some issues and she made sure it was repaired and were able to enjoy it for at least part of our stay. The house felt homey and clean. "
