"The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. I live that breakfast was brought to our room! One little detail that I think staff should keep in mind for travelers, they should pack a cold breakfast a day before for guests who are leaving early to the centrale to catch a train. "Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. "
