"What a great stay we had at the beijing new world hotel. People was really nice and always willing to help, the hostess helped us get entries for tiananmen square because we didn't have chinese phone number. Breakfast was really good and there were a lot of options to choose. Location is the best, 2 squares and you are un the hearth of Beijing. We loved it, 20/10."

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"EL UNICO DETALLE ES QUE LOS CHICOS DE RECEPCION POCOS HABLAN INGLES, LO QUE DIFICULTO UN POCO LA COMUNICACION. EL HOTEL EN GENERAL MUY BIEN ASI COMO LA HABITACION CON EXCELENTE DESAYUNO Y BUENOS RETAURANTES."

"We loved this hotel! The entrance is not impressive, and it is not a brand-new modern building, but the hotel reception is upstairs on the third floor, and there we were welcomed warmly and given a very comfortable, very clean, large room. All the staff were kind and helpful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Vivi in particular treated us like family and even helped us to order dinner to be brought to the hotel. The hotel is in the old city, near shops and restaurants and within...

"The front desk, bellboys & housekeeping were amazing. They helped us book taxis and pay for services when we had trouble paying with our WeChat account. We were treated with a special anniversary welcome. Thank you for the warm hospitality!"

Fabuloso!!"

"Good hotel with good location to the tourist attractions, but not walking. Over all a very good experience"

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...
