Què li ha agradat: Personal i servei
Our stay at Hilton included breakfast, and there was a variety of choices. As a Muslim, it was a pleasant surprise to see that each non-halal food had a sign next to it that said “Contains pork.”
However, they don’t have a business center to manage our bookings that needed computer access. The concierge allowed us to use theirs. Most of the staff were very attentive, but one of the employees was rude.
We decided to ship our luggage from Beijing to Shanghai. The shipping company has a regulation that prohibits liquids and electronics inside the baggage for fast delivery, so we had to open all our luggage (4 large suitcases) for the delivery man to inspect each and every item, which was fine by us. However, the inspection was in the middle of the lobby and in front of everyone. To say it was embarrassing was an understatement…
