Directly at the white white sandy Beach of the Costa Calma you find this attractive holiday apartment in a quiet well maintained complex. Starting from the entrance you go to the bedroom with double bed and winter garden with view on the bay of Costa Calma. The bathroom with day light contains a shower, toilet, washing machine and 2 washbasins. If you go up the stairs you reach the second floor with beautiful kitchen, kitchen bar, living- and dining area and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceran cooking plates and fridge. In the living room you find a sleeping couch, flat screen television-set, stereo-set an a glass table with 4 chairs as dining area. From the living room through a sliding door your get on the balcony with a sea view from the side and a nice view on the garden of the hotel along the side.

Ideal holiday location: In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good resaurants, various car-rental companies and a lot of sporting and freetime options.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit super schönem Meerblick. Leider ist das Objekt ziemlich alt und das Mobiliar wurde nicht erneuert. Im Zimmer im Obergeschoss ist es extrem heiss und es gibt nur einen Ventilator. Damit bringt man die Hitze aber nicht aus dem Raum. Der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist aber sehr langweilig und bietet nicht viel. Die Strände sind super schön. Wellengang ist nicht zu unterschätzen.

Großzügige, nett eingerichtete und sehr saubere Villa mit eigenem Pool. Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful experience.

Overall, we were very glad we chose this area of the island. It's a calmer area (Costa Calma) but enough around to make our stay very nice. We visited the other areas around the island and found them to either by very touristy. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed a very nice relaxing stay at this home. We were very glad to have rented a car to get to the areas and beaches however, there is a public bus system that seemed to be very popular as well. The house is centrally located and the check in process and communication was great. There are 3 bedrooms which featured comfortable beds and very spacious. Bathrooms were well equipped and up to date. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils.. (and my husband is a chef who enjoys to cook). The wifi worked wonderfully and the TV as well in the living room. The cable featured all German channels, but was a smart tv that had all the normal aps to watch. The TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work.. wasn't plugged in, etc. The pool was clean - and has an automatic cleaning system that turns on each morning. The things I was a bit surprised about .. Parking.. there are 2 very large planters that stops you from parking as you should, so we were always a bit "in the way" for people that were trying to get to the staircase which is right outside the front door. Also, there are no basic cleaning supplies. Our first trip to the grocery we ended up buying everything from paper towels , dish soap, spray.. and toilet paper. Normally during our VRBO rentals, these are included as you would encourage your guests to clean up after themselves. We left them behind in hopes it would still be there for the next guests. There is a small clothes washer, no dryer - but there is a nice drying rack in the upstairs balcony. With the breeze and sun we found it to work nicely.

Wir hatten leider Pech

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war im Vorwege nett und unkompliziert. Bei aufkommenden Problemen und Beanstandungen vor Ort kippte der Ton leider sofort und auch der Schriftverkehr war nicht lösungsorientiert. Trotz vorheriger Zusage, dass sich keine Baustellen/Bautätigkeiten auf der Anlage befinden, wurden wir bei Anreise mit Leitungs-sanierungsarbeiten auf dem Gehsteig der kompletten unteren Ebene innerhalb der Anlage überrascht. Angeblich ein Notfall. So wurde die beschriebene Idylle mit Hämmern, Kreissägen, Schlagbohrern begleitet. Täglich inkl. Samstag von ca. 10.00-14/15.00 Uhr. Am dritten Tag war für uns klar, dass man sich so nicht erholen kann und wir haben vor Ort schriftlich um eine moderate Entschädigung, oder um eine vorzeitige Abreise gebeten, damit wir uns eine neue Unterkunft hätten suchen können, oder gemeinsam nach einer Alternative schauen. Dies wurde von den Eigentümern und dem Hausverwalter allerdings ohne große Begründung abgelehnt. Nun zum Haus: auch a. d. nachfolgenden Punkte haben wir vor Ort hingewiesen. Es wurde ordentlich gereinigt, ist aber stellenweise leider inzwischen sehr abgewohnt. Hier einige Beispiele: teilweise bröckelt der Putz von den Wänden; der Sonnenschirm unten war porös und nicht nutzbar; die Liegen oben sind teilweise aus der Verankerung; einige Polster für die Stühle waren so verdreckt und befleckt, dass man diese nicht nutzen wollte; der Wäscheständer ist verrostet; alles an Holz hat seit Jahren keine Lasur gesehen; an den Wänden sind leider sehr viele Abnutzungserscheinungen und Flecken; ebenso an Türrahmen, Vorhängen, Moskitonetzen, Lampenschirmen.; im Schlafzimmer fehlt der abgebildete Fernseher ; hier sind schwarze Stellen (Stockflecken?); im Badezimmer oben fällt über der Dusche/Badewanne stellenweise der Putz von der Decke; Handseife und Desinfektion war in keinem Bad vorzufinden; selbst Müllbeutel mussten wir selber kaufen; im Innenhof befindet sich die viel zu laute Poolpumpe, die ab ca. 08.00 Uhr für mehrere Stunden die unteren Räumlichkeiten beschallt. Wir hatten den Verwalter direkt bei Hausübergabe gebeten die Pumpe auszustellen. Am nächsten Tag wurde die Pumpe wieder zentral eingeschaltet. Positiv: Die Küche ist neuer und ist gut ausgestattet. Guter Fernseher, gutes Internet. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich in eine Couch und ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Zusammenfassend hatten wir jedoch eine andere Erwartungshaltung, die leider nicht erfüllt wurde.Schade.

Comodidad y preciosas vistas.

Villa muy confortable con unas vistas al mar preciosas. La atención fue magnífica. Las camas son todas de 1,35 y comodísimas. Ventiladores en todas las habitaciones lo que evita cualquier problema de mosquitos. Muy recomendable.
