Excl. new villa with wonderful panoramic sea views of the Atlantic off Fuerteventura / Costa Calma. The villa is in an excl. Residential area of Costa Calma on an approximately 500m2 plot, with private pool and tropical private garden. It is only a few meters to the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with high quality materials that run through the entire villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace directly by the pool. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding area of Costa Calma.
A parking space is in front of the house. In addition, they have satellite reception for all TV channels. There is a small safe for the safety of the most important things.
It is only a few minutes to the shops and various restaurants.

Pleasant villa, unpleasant area.

We liked the compact and comfortable villa, apart from the old and useless tv and flaky wifi. Our arrival was marred by the owner demanding cash instead of paying vrbo. We were told to go to the bank and get the money. After a couple of phonecalls to vrbo, it was sorted out, but was a very uncomfortable situation at the time.Costa Calma is one of the worst places we have ever stayed in over 40 years of travel. It's just a collection of unattractive hotels, no centre, no promenade, few shops, even less restaurants and bars. Rubbish and decaying buildings abound. It had no charm or Spanish feel at all. The beaches are stunning outside the resort but are very windy. Great if you like wind surfing, but not for swimming or relaxing. We will not be returning.

Herzliche Gastgeber auf Fuerteventura

Wir hatten sehr schöne 3 Wochen in der Villa von Vera & José. Beide waren bei Anliegen oder Fragen stets zur Stelle. Poolreinigung 2x die Woche - top. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden - Wlan & deutsches TV. Alles sehr sauber & gepflegt. Ruhig gelegen mit super Aussicht auf das Meer. PKW ist empfehlenswert. Problemloses Check-in & Check-out.

Schönes sauberes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und willkommen gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es liegt ein wenig erhöht sodass man einen schönen Ausblick über das meer und den Strand hat. Das Haus ist sehr modern geschnitten und spenden aufgrund seiner Ausrichtung einen guten Windschatten so dass wir in unserem Urlaub immer die Terrasse zum Essen und entspannen nutzen konnten. Der Strand und das Meer war zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Strände welche etwas abseits auf der Insel gelegen sind waren auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Perfect Holiday

My daughter and i came to stay in Costa Calma, we choose Jose and Veras villa Romeo and how lucky we were to have had the privilage to do so!! Jose and Vera were the most wonderful hosts. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and jose was on hand to welcome us. He was gracious and kind, taking us to the supermarket at 9.30pm so we had fresh water and settled into our home for the week. He was avaiable to answer any questions and offer advice which was great! The villa was beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable, catering for every need. The pool was bliss, we swam every day! A short walk down town then a leisurely stroll through the palms to ships or down to the most beautiful beaches. We made use of the bus as we didnt hire a car. Costa Calma is peaceful and of a quiet pace of life which suited us. We ate out at some of the resturants and had lovely food. We have had a wonderful week and would love to return. Thankyou Jose and Vera for having us in your lovely home and making us feel so welcome.

Amazing!!

Don’t hesitate - this Villa is in a beautiful location and is to a very high standard and extremely clean. The pool is lovely and a very nice man comes twice a week to clean it… The owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble… If you are looking to go to the Costa Calma area, i’d recommend getting a hire care to allow you to visit the many beautiful areas close by… Absolutely first class and well worth it!! Thank You for a very memorable holiday to Vera and Jose the owners… 👍😬👍😬👍

Erholung pur

Wir waren für 11 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen.Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns das Haus übergeben.Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vor Ort was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Es ist genau wie in der Beschreibung.Wir haben uns schon nach kurzer Zeit wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären sehr gerne noch geblieben.Die Umgebung ist extrem ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen.Der Pool wird 2 x die Woche von einem sehr netten Herrn gereinigt.Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da die Wege doch länger sind und man so auch die Insel besser erkunden kann.Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, sehr gut erholt, danken unseren Gastgebern recht herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

All unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% übertroffen. Das Haus und die Lage sind der absolute Hammer!! Super sauber, Ausstattung perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sind immer sofort erreichbar. Pool: Einfach nur herrlich und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. WIR KOMMEN MIT SICHERHEIT WIEDER!! (Mietwagen empfehlenswert)....Nochmals vielen, lieben Dank für unseren wunderschönen, unvergesslichen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus. Hasta pronto🤗❤

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft schön und sehr sehr sauber Es ist alles vorhanden und man kann einziehen und sich wohlfühlen Der Pool wird 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt und der Gärtner ist auch ein sehr netter Mensch Der Außenbereich ist und wird regelmäßig gepflegt Vera und Jose sind sehr nette zuvorkommende Menschen Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen Die Besitzer sind zu jederzeit erreichbar und stehen einem zur Seite Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder

The villa was delightful, beautifully decorated and with every comfort you could need. Jose and Vera were the perfect hosts! The only small fault was that the swimming pool wasn’t heated, this would have been the icing on cake.

Wunderbar ruhig

Wir waren im Oktober/November 2021 zum ersten Mal auf Fuerteventura und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber: hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets bemüht, aufkommende Fragen oder Problemchen zu lösen. Die Lage: Sehr ruhig, durch eine hohe Mauer von den Nachbarhäusern getrennt und somit von anderen kaum einsehbar. Den Ort Costa Calma kann man von hier aus auch gut zu Fuß (ca. 15 Minuten) erreichen. Das gegenüberliegende Gelände neben der absolut ruhigen Straße ist unbebaut und bietet eine gute Sicht auf die Umgebung, wenngleich die steinige Brache selbst recht unansehnlich ist. Die Müllcontainer befinden sich hinter der Brache (zu Fuß 2 Minuten). Ausstattung im Haus: Sehr gut. Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kaffeemaschine wirkte zwar etwas betagt, funktionierte aber. Ebenso der Fernseher und der Satelliten-Empfänger, deren Bedienung wir allerdings erst nach einem Tag kapiert hatten. :-) Tipp: Gleich bei Ankunft die Funktionsweise genau erklären lassen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und sicher auch "familientauglich" (mit Blick auf Großeinkäufe). Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Kleiderschränke (wir waren zu zweit) sicher auch für vier Personen ausreichend. Außengelände: Den Pool (ideal für alle, die gern kalt baden) haben wir wegen der hohen Temperaturen gern als ruhige Alternative zum lebhaften Strandgeschehen in Costa Calma genutzt. An dem runden Terrassentisch lässt sich wunderbar in der Morgensonne (unterm Sonnenschirm) frühstücken. Nachmittags und abends kann man auf derselben Terrasse herrlich auf der durch eine Sichtmauer geschützte, sehr bequeme Doppelliege dösen, lesen und (dank Wlan) youtuben. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!
