"Our group spent Presidents Day weekend skiing at Lost Trail. We chose the Riverhouse due to its great location to Lost Trail and the ratings it has received. Both items fit as advertised. The house was clean and a great accommodation for our small group. The convenience to Lost Trail was as good as it gets. Watching elk each day from the living room window is a definite bonus. This will be our first choice for our next trip to Lost Trail."

"If you are looking for a simple, quite, peaceful place this is it. There is nothing fancy about this place and it feels more like camping, but it is also WAY cheaper than anything else around. My wife and I met the owner, James, who was super friendly and has all the local knowledge! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to get back out there soon. "

The cabin is small (but perfect for a couple or 3 people), high quality, tranquil, but close enough to town (if need be), close to West Glacier (and all it has to offer), and near all these great small towns with lots of character. The cabin itself is so charming, and there’s a row boat on a clean, calm lake with fish that can be seen right from the dock.
